If for some reason you are unhappy with the piece and wish to return an item you may do so by contacting us within 7 days from the purchase date. Items must be returned in original condition, unworn and/or undamaged. Special orders can not be canceled and are non-returnable. For faster processing please contact us before returning items so we can make the proper arrangements. You will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping is non-refundable. Make sure when shipping items back you have them properly insured for the full value. Consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can not guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed minus the shipping, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a reasonable amount of days.
